  • Please notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your booking deposit.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.

Arrival Policy

  • We recommend arriving at Jun Aesthetic Clinic 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or may require rescheduling.

Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of ₦25,000:

  • This deposit covers the cost of your initial skin consultation and confirms your selected date and time.
  • Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
  • All bookings and deposits are managed through our website.

Please note: The booking deposit is non-refundable.

Valuables Policy

For your security and peace of mind, please be mindful of the following:

  • Jun Aesthetic Clinic cannot be held responsible for lost or missing personal items.
  • We advise you to leave valuables such as jewelry, large sums of cash, and non-essential electronic devices at home.

Pre-Treatment Disclosure

Your safety is our priority. Prior to any treatment, please inform us if you:

  • Have known allergies (e.g., food, environmental, product-related).

Payment Policy

All payments made to Jun Aesthetic Clinic are non-refundable. For your convenience, we allow one-time rescheduling per booking, subject to the following terms:

  • Rescheduling is available with at least 6 hours’ notice.
  • Appointment changes are subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.
